Lynne Herr - My goal is to listen to one new podcast each week, and to spend at least 5 minutes each day using my ipod touch.
I listen to a podcast each day on my commute to work. I have a 35 minute drive each way, so I can listen to an hour podcast each day. I love it! Roxann Richards - My goal is to find a way for my students that have an ipod touch to use them for my classes. I will learn to use the calendar/sync functions.

In my careers class, when students get done with their work early I allow them to play the game “Life”. I am teaching a Medical Terminology course next year to a small group of students and I am already thinking how much we are going to use the Ipod (flashcards, WebMD, etc.)

My students and I use the air mouse for all powerpoint presentations. I have downloaded several podcasts including a video podcast from iTunesU that I have used in my freshman class concerning food safety techniques set to music. Another is from public radio where they discuss new gadgets that are on the market-did you know there is a toilet that separates number 1 from number 2? Has something to do with water conservations!! Ha! I have all my calendar appts. set in my ipod and I often check weather, especially when in an inner classroom where there are no windows!
NPR-Gadgettes (lastest gadgets on the market are discussed), The Splendid Table (Food and Restaurant information, cultural experiences, etc.)
